You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To amend your booking, log in to the “My Booking” section on our website using the details in your confirmation email.

My flight times have changed, what do I need to do?
If your flight number or times change, log in to “My Booking” to update your reservation or contact us with your booking number.
Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
The driver will be waiting at the airport terminal in front of exit gate, holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point will be detailed in your reservation confirmation email and eTicket.
What if I can’t find my driver?
If you can’t find your driver, call the emergency telephone number provided in your reservation confirmation email and eTicket.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver will monitor your flight for delays. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated, subject to availability.
I’m travelling with ski equipment, are there additional charges?
Please provide details about your ski equipment in the Special Instructions section of your booking. Unless specified otherwise, there are no extra charges for ski equipment. Select a suitable vehicle based on your group size and luggage amount.
Do you provide child seats?
Child and baby seats are not available currently.
What is the size of a medium and small suitcase?
A medium suitcase is approximately 65-70cm (26-27 inches) and a small suitcase, like a backpack or handbag, is around 35cm (14 inches). For large or oversized luggage, specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.
Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?
For private transfers, your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle. For shuttle transfers, you will share the vehicle with other passengers.
What is a shuttle transfer?
A shuttle transfer is a shared bus or coach that may involve waiting for other passengers and making multiple stops. This service is generally more economical but takes longer than private transfers. Prices for shuttle transfers are per person.
What is a private transfer?
A private transfer is a direct, door-to-door service without extra stops. The vehicle is exclusively for your party. Prices for private transfers are per vehicle, not per passenger.
Does the airport transfer take us directly to our accommodation?
The private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation. The shared shuttle service will take you to your accommodation or the nearest pick-up/drop-off point.
Are there any extra charges?
Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden extras.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are welcome but not compulsory and are entirely at your discretion.
